Everyone at some point in their lives needs a coach, someone to guide you through the hard patches, motivate you to keep going, so you can achieve the dreams you have for yourself. However, you may not realize it, until like me you hit a wall. That wall you hit, you know the one, the one when you look in the mirror and you don’t recognize the person looking back at you! I hit that wall hard, after a 20-year marriage that was ending in divorce, body out of control at 363 pounds, I knew I was broken to my core! I had zero motivation to accomplish anything! I woke up one day and didn’t know how I had ended up as this shell of my former self. Fortunately, it was one phone call that started me on my new journey, one conversation that put me on a much better path to the “new” old me! Patricia has continued to guide me, motivate me and she has coached me into well! She has shown me that I matter and that I am capable of more than I ever thought possible! She has proven to me that if I reach within myself, that I am the only one who has the power to control who I am, who I become and that if I just believe I can then I will! She has pushed me out of my comfort zone and I couldn’t be more grateful to her. Her heartfelt guidance, straight-talking words that aren’t sometimes easy to hear, but are so necessary if you are going to continue to avoid past mistakes have started me on my new path and I couldn’t be happier! I appreciate her beyond any words I am even capable of expressing. Coaching isn’t just a job she does every day, it is her passion!
