Everyone at some point in their lives needs a coach, someone to guide you through the hard patches, motivate you to keep going, so you can achieve the dreams you have for yourself. However, you may not realize it, until like me you hit a wall. That wall you hit, you know the one, the one when you look in the mirror and you don’t recognize the person looking back at you! I hit that wall hard, after a 20-year marriage that was ending in divorce, body out of control at 363 pounds, I knew I was broken to my core! I had zero motivation to accomplish anything!
